2021 Ford Kuga door hinge

I have a 21 plate kuga and the driver door hinge started double clicking when opening and closing, went to the dealership who diagnosed it as the door check strap , this was fitted and made no difference now dealership saying the door was opened with force ?? despite every other 67 plate ford transit have the same issues

Transit door hinge recall is a different matter all together . Try spraying white lithium liquid grease on check strap if clicking annoys you .
