2022 Ford Kuga the tailgate foot conrol

I picked my new car up and found that the tailgate foot control didn’t work . I told the garage about it and right away they said it’s not fitted on that model . So when I got back home I got under the car and took photos of the modula and cables running across the bumper the ones that pick up the movement of the foot swing . I called them back up and they still said it’s not fitted on my car even when I told them I have photos to show this . They didn’t care It shows some garages don’t care after you have driven from the garage.I will never buy any other car from them after using the same garage for 15 yrs
