Engine wont start properly when very cold

I Have had a problem starting my brand new ford kuga 2.0 TDI titanium the problem is when the outside temperature goes below zero it wont start up and run as it should
i have done every thing by the owners manual and it still does the same wont start but saying that when the temperature goes back up it starts ok and runs ok there is also one thing the owners manual does not tell you about it has a full power start up we have tried this as well when is is very cold and it does the same thing it wont start or run properly can any one help me correct this problem

Contact your supplying dealership with your problem first with it being so new . Can say I have a family member who had the same new car a while back and never had any problems with it on starting .
