My kuga is switched on but ive no lights on the dash board meaning I don't know what speed im doing and my radio is not working

Sure your instrument panel kight dimmer switch is not turned down / off . Check your handbook and see if radio is covered by a fuse in one of the various fuse boxes in the inside compartment , engine bay and boot .
