2011 Ford KA climate controls dead

Its hot and muggy, so what happens. No aircon. The whole system is dead - no temperature controls, no fan controls, no direction controls. Not even any illumination of these controls. Checked out the fuses in the engine bay and even replaced one of them (one of the 30A fuses that seem to cover this situation) - no joy. Any ideas?

If it's a 2011 as your post states , get it back under warranty .
