1997 Ford KA horn doesnt work

Just bought a P reg ford Ka for my daughter and discovered the horn doesnt work, tried the obvious fuses etc, doesnt seem to be a problem, could do with some ideas on where else to look

Test to see if you are getting power to horn first , if so and earthed o.k , horn knackered .
