2003 Ford KA car stuttering

My car stutters when changing gear and usually have to go back into lower gear and reduce speed for it to stop. Engine maintenance light is continually lit and flickers when stuttering starts.

Car stuttering ( misfiring ) can be caused by something minor like plugs , leads , coil pack etc. You will need to get it checked out at garage and if fault not apparent ,a diagnostic scan will show cause . Hope this helps .
