2000 Ford KA paseenger wheel makes a noise

since today i have noticed that when i turn the steering wheel both ways the passenger side wheel makes a noise and it feels like theres something in the way of it turning. I can actually feel it and its feel and sounds scary like the wheel is about to fall off. please help!

Hard to diagnose from info given .Could be driveshaft ,c.v joint, wheel bearing , brake pads etc. etc . Check wheel itself is tight . Better get it jacked up and see if anything obvious , if not , get it into garage for checking .
