2000 Ford KA information regarding installing car alarm

Car: Ford KA
Year: 2000
Variant: 1.3
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
had several attempts at break-ins to my car - so have bought a alarm - which has to be set under interior light - thus finding suitable place and drilling hole for wire to be threaded through to battery - has anyone had any experience in doing this? many thanks

Could remove interior light and feed a "snake " down where light wiring goes , usually down door pillar .Then attach your wires to " snake " and pull through . If any rubber grommets in bulkhead , or cables ,pipes you could then feed wire through where they pass into engine compartment .
