2005 Ford KA my steering feels light.

Car: Ford KA
Year: 2005
Variant: =
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Basically; since I have had the car the steering has been heavy and the pedals stiff. All of a sudden my steering has gone light and the pedals are no longer stiff. I feel I have to press my break down further than usual. I am a total woman and have no idea what to do or whether I am explaining the problem correctly.. HELP!

Are you sure your in your own car ????? Lol .Hard to think what would cause all that to alter at one time .

could be faulty pas load/speed sensor,as for brake pedal, check your brakes are`nt knackered and that there is no fluid leaks from the braking system, could be a leaking seal in master cylinder or leaking wheel cylinder, also check your servo and vacuum pipe condition,if braking performance is affected then get it checked asap
