1997 Ford KA rear indicator double clicking and not working when brake light is on.

my left side rear indictor doesn't seem to work when the brake lights are on. it's fine when i'm not braking. also the dash light is double clicking. i've changed all the bulbs and it's not solved the problem. i've been told it may be the earth or relay box. but i know nothing about cars accept how to drive them.

check the connections on the back light clusters it sounds like an earthing faultand the connections in the multi plug may be loose or corroded
