Ford KA electric locking not working but i can lock both doors manually from passenger door

I can hear the mechanism trying to work when I use the key fob but no luck only works if I use the key passenger door.

Does that year and model actually have remote central locking and was it working beforehand ?

If yes to both in above reply , pull door card and spray lock linkage , assembly and actuator with WD40 and operate a few times to work it's way in . Might work if sticking and not fully operating
