2000 Ford KA rear suspension

When turning hard scuffing noise from back end.This happens which ever way the car turns. No noise when car is stationary and the back end is pushed down.

rust build up around brake drum and back plate was the cause of the scuffing sound. Remove rust with wire brush and knife cured the problem
