2013 Ford KA radio cuts out

When I turn the engine on I can hear what sounds like water, and the radio cuts off randomly when I drive and won’t turn back on unless I start the engine back up.

Might be unrelated , check coolant reservoir level . Radio may be a faulty set , try changing wave band and see if it still cuts out
