Same prob with KA but getting worse. Sometimes when cold will not start. After 2 3 or 4 times okay. When running perfect. Had to get rid of previous KA with same prob when it got too bad. Garage equally confused. Would be v grateful for any help

Sounds like a faulty coolant temperature sensor.
But I might have a better idea if you stated engine size and fuel type!!

What have the garage checked ? Basics like battery voltage and plugs worth checking .
