There's a few dim lights which are on the dash board which the garage has pointed out to me they've checked my car over and it's perfectly driveable but says maybe a fault with electrical board of this make and model , there more noticeable when it's darker than during the daytime these dim lights....

Could try a S/H unit and see if it's bright.
BUT these might have a module/chip so then I'd suggest sending the unit to a repair specialist.

New instrument cluster required or repaired .
