2008 Ford KA no spark to plugs

i changed a clutch on this car but had to disconnect the battery now after finishing the work the car doesn't start even though I checked every thing and all seems right just don't get any current to the plugs can anyone help ??

Check the connections to the crank angle sensor it could be it was damaged during the clutch change.
No crank angle sensor signal means no spark.

Check you haven't left any earth wires off , especially from power unit to body
