2004 Ford KA heater fan not working

no life in heater fan.fuse ok new resister fited. advised water may have got into fan electrics.how dificult is it to fit new fan motor.

I have never done one ,but should be easy enough as I beleive it's done from top . The Haynes manual says, unscrew coolant / radiator expansion bottle, push aside . Remove windscreen wiper arms remove grill/ scuttle panel in front of windscreen .Disconnect hose from washer jets, unscrew the bolts and pull bulkhead extension forward to gain access to the blower motor .
