Driver side windscreen wiper arm to close for wiper blade to operate smoothly so juddering against windscreen which caused the windscreen wiper to ping the metal strips from it whilst in use. This is very dangerous lucky i wasnt on the motorway in heavy rain as would have had no visibility at all. Bought new windscreen wiper complained to ford but problem still not fixed MOT on 25th February where i have yet again reported the fault and yet again asked for the arm to be adjusted.

When you go for the mot have a word with the garage to see if they can do anything about it as it obviously hasn't been like it from new
