Grinding noise when steering

2004 Ford KA
Car: Ford KA
Year: 2004
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Sometimes when steering the car a grinding or scraping noise is heard from near the front wheels. This mainly happens when car is slowing down or braking. The noise seems to last for a short while then disappears. There is no problem with steering the car and no problems with the brakes
