Missfire ?

if im driving about 30 mph at 1500-2000 rpm on light throttle the car seems to jeck as tho it has a misfire but if i increase the throttle it clears ive change plugs and fit an after market plug leads and it made a
no difference can anyone help

Thats the zetec engine? If it is it could be a couple of things. it could be the MAF sensor (mass airflow sensor) or it could be the idol speed controle valve (ISCV). Or try putting an injector cleaner through the fuel tank.
