2002 Ford Galaxy right handside indicator lights not working

MY RIGHT HAND SIDE IDICATOR LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING OR HAZARD LIGHTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE EITHER. THE LEFT HAND SIDE IS GREAT, NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS A convenience module AND NOT A RELAY, AS MY MODULE IS A NEW TYPE AND HAS A CENTAL UNIT ( IS THAT TRUE?) I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST ME 600 POUNDS TO BUY THE PART NEW? . PLEASE ADVICE ME ON WHAT COURSE OF ACTION TO TAKE , AS I DONT HAVE 600 POUND TO BUY IT.

On some models it was indicator flasher relay .Possibly no. 21 .
