2002 Ford Galaxy dull buzzing noise when doors are opening

when i open the car doors there is a dull duh,duh,duh(sorry thats the only way i can describe it), and also when im unlocking my alarm with the key the lights dont flash as much as they should

You get lots of faults with central locking , can be a nightmare .It could be a sticking lock solenoid / actuator ?(Same as Seat post above ) Might be worthwhile pulling of door trim and spraying linkage , solenoid etc with WD40 .Sometimes resetting central locking cures it . On some models it could be the control module , really hard to say for certain .Take it battery o.k ?
