2002 Ford Galaxy rain water

help, my ford galaxy has started leaking rain water into the passenger footwell.All drainage holes have been cleard, pollen filter re-sealed and rearwasher pipe checked.
The cover over the engine has been removed and the drainage holes cleared also.The windscreen has too been cleared.
We are sure its not door seals as water appears at the bottom of the dash. Any advice really appreciated.

does it have A/C if so it may be the drain hole blocked

hi, it does have a/c, but im sure it is rain water getting in somehow, as the car will be wet after rain even if it hasnt been moved. it doesnt have a sunroof.we have eliminated the most usual problems and are now stummped.
