when i put the wheel over to left or right full lock it squeels ad probs in past but garage changed belt twice and tenchineer now they just spray it with silicone spray said it is the belt rubbing on the edge of pullys

there is a belt tensioner.. if it is set too tight the belt squeels.. the ideal setting should be.. on full lock no squeal but engine dip. two man job- one on steering wheel- one under car with spanner. easy fix 10 mins
