when driving the accelerator cuts out/goes flat( no acceleration at all) yet the engine is still ideling.....so when driving and this happens i ahve to trn the ignition key and the acceleration is back again immediatly....this is an on and off problem can happen several times in 1 day then not happen again for several days.....any help would be appreciated...thanx

i have come across this problem before.try checking the air flow meter,it may be on its way out
