2001 Ford Galaxy oil was recently over filled, drove car about a half mile & then it cut out, on realising the over fill i then drained oil & refilled to the correct level but now there's a grinding noise coming from the engine & black smoke from the exhaus

how much did u over fill the oil by? it sounds like the turbo has sucked the oil into the air intake system and blown the turbo
