2013 Ford Galaxy transmission fault low idle speed

I have a Ford Galaxy Titanium 7 seater automatic 13 plate. It has developed a transmission fault and no longer goes above 20 mph. I have taken to my local garage who can’t repair and said needs to go to Ford or a specialist transmission shop. Just asking on here if anyone has had same issues

Take your local garages advice , needs scanned with suitable equipment for fault codes which Ford will do and advise you on costs to rectify
