Lights won't switch off after shutdown

Plonkers at Ford say it needs new wiring harness plus, plus, plus.

Not in position to argue with Ford but possibly faulty BCM ?

Thanks Whittinghame - is BCM (Body Control Module?) the same thing as a GEM Module ( Generic Electronic Module)? My thinking is that they might be the same thing and I also feel that this could be the source of the problems we are having.
