2001 Ford Galaxy loss of aceleraton

Car drives well in first few gears but when in top gear I get a loss of power and it takes ages to achieve 70 mph.

have the autobox oil level checked and if to low will reduce power in top gear thats all i can suggest at the moment for you hope it helps you
