Engine misfire

Car starts first time had egr valve replaced new mapping and still same between 1500 to 2000 revs it starts to misfire until I put foot down and it goes well had throttle pedal sensor.spent 1500 quid on this problem had injectors tested no diagnostic fails but.still this misfire can anyone help im at the end of tether now someone help

I am not a fan of remapping,
Which is just tech speak for altering the fuel characteristics/ratios in the CPU.
I'd start by putting it back to factory.

if it has swirl butterflies I would be looking at those.
