Problems with central locking...

Hi all... I've got a new problem with my wife's car. Whenever she locks the doors the front electric windows come down. Now the car has been off the road for the past month or so just waiting till funds allowed a mechanic to replace the front driveshafts... So I'm assuming the battery went flat. Could this have caused it and I have to reset something with the key in the ignition or something like that?!? Anyway... Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Seen that often with different cars and low battery was the cause .Operate window to down position and hold for 5 secs then same with up position and it may resync .
