There's no air coming out of the blowers,no air con coming out, and when we turn it to full power it only blows out a little bit.can ant one tell me what the problem is ?

its probably a fault with the fan resistor.Not sure whether it is separate on this model or part of the fan

Can you hear the motor working. Is it spinning.
Would it be possible that the filter is so clogged it can't pull air thru it?
