had a problem starting so changed plugs and leads it starts now but has no power and sems to be over heating any idear

check the input wires to the coils

maybe you have a head gasket problem and that was the reason it was having trouble starting in the first place . has it shown signs of overheating before you changed plugs and leads

check that you have put the leads on the correct order as most cars still run ok when have been put on wrong so check the firing order is correct ie 1.3.4.2 is most cars firing order but check any way just to be sure
