2000 Ford Galaxy water coming in to passenger footwell

every time we have a bit of rain the passenger side footwell seems to fill up with water can anyone please help ???

check pollen housing scuttle,and drains reseal as nec. ps check rear washer opp.

There are 2 drain holes one each side under the bonnet at the back in the corner they run down behind the plastic wheel arch.these are blocked
