Car wont turn over

Key broke in lock and car locked and would not open alarm was going of so took red lead of battery now car wont turn over led on door comes on when key is tuned to start the motor can anybody help please

If the key broke , what key are you using now ? If the LED is flashing fast the immobiliser is still active, this is why the starter motor circuit is disabled .

I changed the door lock and used the spare key how can I reset the immobiliser

Take it spare key has a transponder chip inside it ?

Further to above , try holding broken key on top of spare key when trying in ignition
