The power steering pump is leaking, and I want to replace it, but can't seem to see a belt tensioner on either the air-con pump or the fan belt, and it looks as though the alternator has to be removed in order to get at the PAS pump, can yo...

Steering works fine except for hissing noise when steering is not being turned/engaged. The power steering pump was recently replaced but this noise was there before replacement and is still there after replacement. Thanks.
