2010 Ford Focus Problems

Loud knocking from roof area when i go over bumps. Car driving smoothly and convertible roof working fine, just sounds like something has come loose and bangs when going over humps/bumps in road, but nothing obvious on inspection of car. Ha...

How I have lost use of all the voice control options so have no radio sat nav or phone also easy lights do not go out when I pick the car and wait.How do I fix this ?
