2013 Ford Focus oil light on and rattling noise

Oil light came on the egie light then started rattling noise. Put oil in but oil light still on the auto start stop light is on and intermittently rattling noise

You need to get it checked out ASAP . May have been too late in checking and topping up oil and caused major engine damage that will only get worse if you continue to drive car
