Even if you have exceeded warranty miles you may be entitled to good will or policy action on know concern ,I would get on to ford customer service.

what fault code were you given?
Answered Dec 6, 2012 (11 years ago)
The car has Been Modified and I don't think that Warranty will cover that will it ......

The car is modified so no Warranty .......

Byq modified do you mean chipped or is it specific to the brakes.First check your sensors connections are okay ,other issue is front wheel bearing displacement I.e. the bearing moves out slightly in the hub, only other issue is a.b.s. modulator internal pressure sensor issue .If it,s the bearing displaced you can replace the bearing but bond it with metal adhesive to stop movement. If it,s the modulator it,s a new hydraulic unit and swap over the brain part so that no software is required.Hope this helps,as apart from that issue they are great cars with strong Volvo engine.

It has kw Suspension and has been remapped and has bigger inlet ect

Should still be warrantied for your concern,If the engine went bang ,or your upgraded suspension failed then no ,But you have not modified the brakes.
