2002 Ford Focus under body heatshield

I had to remove the heatshield from my car as it was hanging off ,so a garage removed one part of this the other two pieces are separate fittings , however i hope that my car does not need a new one to pass the mot , please can someone advise me thanks

I have removed them before without any problems at MOT time, but i always try to keep the one surrounding the cat attatched.

WHERE EXACTLLY IS THE CAT CONVERTER ON A FOCUS AS THE HEATSHIELD THST WAS REMOVED WAS THE LARGE SHADE ONE ON THE BACK PART OF MY CAR

PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE IS THE CAT CONVERTOR ON A FORD FOCUS ,AS THE HEAT SHIELD WHICH WAS REMOVED FROM MY FOCUS APPEARS TO BE THE LAGE SHAPED ONE AT THE BACK OF MY CAR

The cat is normally at the front of the car, not the rear of the car.
