Ford Focus C-Max Problems

Hi can anybody tell me where i can buy a haynes manaul for my ford focus c max 2Ltr Tdi Zetex

Car starts fine but rev counter goes to 3000 for a few seconds when pull up and move out of gear. Then revs at 1500.

just wondering if there are some things i could check as to why my mpg is so low, the other day i filled up and the digital reading said 453 miles to empty, but i only got 360 out of a full tank and that was all motorway driving.

on the dashboard a orange light saying abs stays on when im driving this only started happening after i done a sharp u-turn the other day.
