Master fuse

2002 Ford Fiesta 1.4
Car: Ford Fiesta
Year: 2002
Variant: 1.4
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I notice that in the "problems" section that somebody who's fiesta was overheating mentions that the previous owner had "hard wired the rad cooling fan" because he had missed that the "Master Fuse was Blown"? Which is the "master fuse" is it one of those large black square topped fuses in the fuse box under the bonnet on the passenger side? If so which one of those controls the radiator fan?
