2012 Ford Fiesta while driving my 2012 fiesta 1.25 zetec all the electrics cut out but the engine kept running while i was driving. i had a loss of power steering also. it all came back on for a split second, then went again.

I was driving along nicely, but then suddenly had a loss of all the electrics. I had no indicators, no lights, no radio, a loss of power steering. The engine kept running, though almost in limp mode? I managed to keep driving and return home. On the way back, everything seemed to come back for a split second but, went again. When I got home, I turned off the engine then, started it again to find everything had returned to normal. Can you help please? Regards

Does sound like a loose electrical connection earth or ground would check the battery connections first

Might be advisable to get your battery load tested and alternator charging rate also . Simple 5 min checks that most fast fit centres or the likes of Halfords usually carry out , normally FOC but with Covid may not be readily available .
