Im not sure if im posting this in the right place. Can anyone tell me why my dashboard dials are doing this and how much it is going to cost to get fixed please? Its a fiesta 2013 with 39000 miles on the clock.

The speedo/dash unit needs to come out and the connector at the rear checked.

A low battery can cause this .Try charging battery or get it load tested for checking condition .
