Fells like back tyres are flat

1998 Ford Fiesta 1.4 mk 4 ghia
Car: Ford Fiesta
Year: 1998
Variant: 1.4 mk 4 ghia
Categories: Leaks & Noises
The car starts ok; but when you move off; It feels like there is a flat tyre at the back. The whole back end rumbles. It feels like your driving over a bad road with flat tyres. there is not sign of flat tyres or leaks or anything loose.
Has anyone had anything like this. Maybe the back axle is finished?

Thank you.

check that your back brakes are free, you may have a sticking rear brake shoe.

Thanks for that. The hand brake is pulling up ok. Do you think it could be a shock, they have felt very hard lately?

Thank you.
