eratic speedo, sometimes dropping to zero then back to normal - does not affect rev counter, but does to radio volume. engine kangaroos - garages cant seem to find fault

Nessa, I have exactly the same problem. At idle the speedometer goes around the dial a couple of times and if the radio is on it'll increase the volume when it's going around the dial? Very weird and noone can find a fault. It's also started to judder when I pull away as if it's about to cut out. Anyone got any ideas or Nessa did you get it sorted? Thanks

Both current problems, indicated by dial sweep, look for broken or breaking earth leads/wires especially in the engine bay and under the battery tray, also check battery terminals
