When I turn on headlights all warning dashboard lights come on.

When i turn on headlights alldashboard warning lights come.This does'nt happen when in sidelight setting or when light switch is off.

Check all earth / ground wires and cables .

I'm almost sure there was big problems with the wiring on that car and a few TSB's ( technical service bulletins ) also .You could try an earth from the body to dash and check headlamp earths also .I'm not an auto electrician , best I can think of to help you .

Check your headlight switch is not faulty melted at the back.
