high epb limited use comes up after foot brake grinds and pedal follows through when pressed but the brakes still work,abs lights go out on restarting car,no fault comes up on my mates garage diagnostic machine even when abs light is stil on.

if by grinding you mean pulsing then i would suspect ABS module faulty. but first check that the brake pads are good and that the rear caliper pistrons are not siezed
