2004 Ford C-MAX egr valve

allso i noticed when i was driveing and went to turn right the stearring seem to go tight then turned quickly .as any one had this happen to them' i asked a garage and he said put it on test computer and will see if thears a fault

the egr valve is part of the inlet manifold at the back of the engine. If you are standing at the front of the car its positioned on the left.
They carbon up and jam - you can remove the solenoid assembly from the manifold (three screws) to gain access to the jammed valve - then free it up and clean out carbon deposits - this usualy works
